I got home from the hospital at about 2 pm. The doctor said the X-rays look very good - the elbow fracture isn't even visible because they fit the fragment so well. The wrist fracture is somewhat more complicated but it too looked very promising. I'm due back for a checkup in ten days.

It's really hard to type onehanded so don't expect many updates until the left wrist gets better. Thanks to everyone who sent thoughts after reading about the accident!

So glad you are home. I hope you will not have so much pain. Did you read the story (saga) The Master Cat in Boots? That cat was helping his master. Your cats maybe can help you with the house keeping while you are sick ;-)
