here we go again...

Back at work... Some judiciously applied vacation days interspersed with the holidays gave me two weeks vacation. Now it's back to full time again. The morning has been spent going through the mailboxes. Most of the stuff was ignoreable; there were a few questions from the PFY, but he'd done a good job solving the problems which had cropped up.

It actually feels good to be back. The office has been fairly quiet - for once there's noone blaring music out of their speakers. Possibly the boss has had a word or two with the worst offenders... The endo is keeping reasonably quiet - I increased the nafarelin dosage after the pain attack, and I haven't felt any actual endo pain (as opposed to the pain from the adhesions) in a week or so. And of course there's the upside of having hot flashes when it's bloody cold outside.

All in all, a good day so far. And it's almost lunch time.
